Shipping costs - all items, excluding beds

- From NZ$59, excluding beds, free per shipment, tracked.
Bed shipping costs
- As dog beds are bulky, they do not qualify for free shipping.
- Please contact us to arrange for collection from our premises, or to get a quote for delivery in New Zealand.
Delivery timeframes
- 1 - 2 working days after dispatch (1-2 days extra for rural postcode's) - delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier and public holidays
Orders will be dispatched no later than two working days after payment has been received (weekends are excluded).
As noted in our terms & conditions, If you provide the incorrect address or misspelled address, we cannot accept the responsibility of these items if they go missing.
Tracking numbers and signatures
All items sent in New Zealand (North & South Island) are delivered by courier and are tracked & traced. All parcels require a signature upon delivery, if no one is home the courier will leave a calling card with re-delivery options.
Payment and tax
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied to all orders of 15% and is deducted from the total price at checkout.
